Good man, Im starting the Coopers stout next wk (the Irish stout actually) Cant wait. Got a Coopers pale ale on the go right now. Will you do a taste test vid?
@djscalo Hey there, Yeah I do plan a taste test. I did this video on June 19th and its still in the primary. Another week and i’ll be moving it to the secondary for about a week to clear. Thanks for the comment.
@Turfarea Cool, your going into a secondary. I still ain’t gotten a second fermenter to do secondary. Is it worth the wait in your opinion?
@djscalo Where I bought my supplies for this, in Ottawa, Canada, they told me to just leave it for at least 3 weeks. Which is what someone eles on youtube(WeirdBeer) said to do also. If you have the time, I think its the best way to get flavor!

Awesome vid. Good call on the DME and Safale. I liked that Stout (even though I had a stuck ferment with it). I will definitely make it again.
