What equipment would you recommend to begin home brewing and wine making?
I would like to get into both home brewing of beer and home wine making (in the U.S.A.), preferably from as close to scratch as I possibly can. What books and equipment will I need and what would you recommend? Remember, I want to do both, so if some items can be used for both that would be great!
I’m not looking for making anything spectacular, just something for me and maybe a few friends to consume, and something to do as a bit of a hobby. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction?
